Hello! and nice to meet you! My name is Dennis Frayne, and I am a pianist, teacher, composer, conductor, music director, and publisher. I teach piano, voice, and other music students of all ages and levels in the South Orange County area. I travel to your home!
It is an exciting time to be involved in music! Music provides us opportunities for self-expression, music offers us unique challenges that can strengthen us in other areas of our lives and studies, and music results in positive experiences and rewards that can last a lifetime. Music is a miraculous gift for ourselves, for our children, our friends, and our audiences. Music heals, music connects people, music entertains, and music contributes to spiritual fulfillment and joy.

Piano lessons, voice lessons, and all music lessons are designed to meet the unique needs of each individual person.
As a music teacher, I strive to understand the goals, dreams, and ambitions of each student, and to help them achieve those goals. At the same time, I invite students to experience new things, to explore uncharted territory, and sometimes to break out of their comfort zones!… all at their own pace and with their own personal objectives, needs, and abilities in mind.
Music can be fun, challenging, and rewarding, and also deeply personal. Music is hands-on, performance-oriented, joyful, and has the potential to deepen participants’ creativity, critical reasoning, intrinsic motivation, and self-expression.
As a performer, I play classical, popular, and ragtime music for concerts, recitals, senior communities, churches, fundraisers, festivals, private parties, and special events. Using your piano or my portable keyboard, I perform lively, spirited, and entertaining themed concerts and recitals in a variety of styles, including Classical,
Ragtime, Pop, Standards, American Songbook, Broadway and Musical Theater, Opera, and Sing-a-longs.
I also provide piano accompanying and collaborative piano services to individuals and ensembles, vocal and instrumental soloists, church, school, and community choirs, musical theater, talent shows, auditions, studio recitals and concerts for adults, youth, and children, and church services, including Catholic masses.
