Dennis Frayne works with KidSingers after-school choir program one day a week in Santa Ana, CA, and directs one of the choirs. KidSingers is a wonderful program founded by Paul McNeff, the director, and his wife, Bevery McNeff, “Mrs. Cool,” the emcee! Research studies by UC Irvine and the non-profit suggest that KidSingers participants experience an increase in self-esteem, confidence, and language skills. School teachers and parents have told us they have seen improvement in their children’s academics, music performance, social skills, and family unity. The KidSingers program strives to instill qualities of respect, trustworthiness, fairness, responsibility, and good citizenship within every child who participates.
